Triplets duck roast

Ingredients
- 3 duck breasts
- 1 cup fresh straberries
- 1 stray rosemary
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp Cuisinart Roasted chipotle garlic seasonning
Instructions
- Mix all the stuffing ingredients together in a bowl
- Lay 2 duck breasts side-to-side, fat down on three cooking string
- Coat with a generous amound of straberry stuffing in the middle of the two breasts, leaving about ½" on both edges.
- Lay the third breast on top, fat side up
- Tie the breasts with the 3 strings, forming a roast shape
- Smoke at 225°F for 3-4 hours or until duck breasts reached an internal temperature of 160°F
