Surf and turf donut burger

Equipment

  • Cuisinart 360 XL griddle, or any other griddle

Ingredients
  

  • lb ground beef
  • 4 brioche buns

Shrimp stuffing

  • 200 grams nordic shrimps
  • 1 tsp Cuisinart Nashville hot seasonning
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chives chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp Cuisinart Nashville hot seasonning

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the shrimps, the cream cheese, the chives and the salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Make some large rounded patty with the ground beef
  • Press a small empty glass, downside, in the middle of the beef patty. Remove the center in order to make a donut shape.
  • Season the the Cuisinart Nashville hot seasonning
  • Start your griddle at medium-high
  • Once the griddle is really hot, cook the beef donuts on one side for about 7 minutes.
  • Turn the donuts over, and fill the whole with the shrimp mixture prepared at step 1
  • Cook for another 5-6 minutes
  • While the meet finishes to cook, prepare the sauce and heat the burger buns on the griddle
  • Serve with your favorites toppings
