Surf and turf burger rings

Equipment
- Cuisinart 360 XL griddle, or any other griddle
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 4 brioche buns
Shrimp stuffing
- 200 grams nordic shrimps
- 1 tsp Cuisinart Nashville hot seasonning
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp chives chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp Cuisinart Nashville hot seasonning
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shrimps, the cream cheese, the chives and the salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Make some large rounded patty with the ground beef
- Press a small empty glass, downside, in the middle of the beef patty. Remove the center in order to make a donut shape.
- Season the the Cuisinart Nashville hot seasonning
- Start your griddle at medium-high
- Once the griddle is really hot, cook the beef donuts on one side for about 7 minutes.
- Turn the donuts over, and fill the whole with the shrimp mixture prepared at step 1
- Cook for another 5-6 minutes
- While the meet finishes to cook, prepare the sauce and heat the burger buns on the griddle
- Serve with your favorites toppings

Easy to pur together, sayce very tasty. Great dinner even without the bun! We eat very low carbs.
