Spicy shrimp sandwich with avocado and sriracha mayo

  • wooden skewers

Ingredients

  • 30 shrimps large (tails on)
  • 5 baguette bread

Spicy shrimps seasoning

  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne powder
  • ½ tsp oregano

Avocado sriracha mayonnaise

  • 1 avocado pitted and diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Fire up your grill.
  • Mix all the seasoning ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Put the shrimps in the seasoning mix and cover all sides.
  • Insert 6 shrimps on each skewer.
  • Cook the shrimps on the grill for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • While the shrimps are cooking, mix the mayonnaise ingredients together until homogeneous and soft.
  • Remove the shrimps from the grill and heat the buns for about 2 minutes each side.
  • Slice the buns, spread with the mayonnaise, insert a leaf of salad a shrimp skewer.
