PITZZA on the griddle

There are a few methods for baking a pizza on a griddle, but a Quick and Simple way is the reverse pita pizza. This is how I’ve done this Cuisinart BBQ griddle PITZZA. All you need to do, is place some pepperoni on the hot surface, add some cheese and top with a pita. Turn over and wait for that bubble. Cut in slices and dip in a fresh basil tomato sauce. It’s PITAmazing!
