Skillet fried Ba-Corn
Ingredients
- 6 bacon slices chopped
- 1 small onion
- 1 can corn
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 stalks of a scallion
Instructions
- In a very hot skillet, cook the slices of bacon.
- Once cooked, remove from the skillet, leaving the bacon fat in.
- Add the chopped onion, cook and stir for about one minute or until the onions becomes translucid.
- Add the corn, the sugar, the salt and the pepper and stir for another minute.
- Add the cooked bacon and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh scallions.
