Pineapple-Glazed Beef Korean Ribs

Ingredients
- 4 lb Beef Miami ribs or Korean Short Ribs
- 4 cup Pineapple juice
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ⅓ cup Brown sugar
- 4 Cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Ginger root peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Prime Protein Seasoning feel free to substitute with any beef seasoning
- 1 tbsp Chives chopped
- 1 Pineapple grilled
Instructions
- Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and GrillHunter's seasoning in a large container.
- Add the miami ribs, turning to coat with marinade. close the lid and refrigerate overnight.
- Reserving marinade, remove ribs and set aside.
- Bring the marinade to boil.
- Boil for about 10 minutes or until reduced to half.
- Grill the ribs over high heat for 5-10 minutes. Turn them frequently and brush with the reduced marinade, until both side are browned and tender.
- Top with chives and serve with grilled pineapple.
