Pineapple-Glazed Beef Korean Ribs

Ingredients

  • 4 lb Beef Miami ribs or Korean Short Ribs
  • 4 cup Pineapple juice
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • cup Brown sugar
  • 4 Cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Ginger root peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Prime Protein Seasoning feel free to substitute with any beef seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Chives chopped
  • 1 Pineapple grilled

Instructions

  • Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and GrillHunter's seasoning in a large container.
  • Add the miami ribs, turning to coat with marinade. close the lid and refrigerate overnight.
  • Reserving marinade, remove ribs and set aside.
  • Bring the marinade to boil.
  • Boil for about 10 minutes or until reduced to half.
  • Grill the ribs over high heat for 5-10 minutes. Turn them frequently and brush with the reduced marinade, until both side are browned and tender.
  • Top with chives and serve with grilled pineapple.
