Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and GrillHunter's seasoning in a large container.
Add the miami ribs, turning to coat with marinade. close the lid and refrigerate overnight.
Reserving marinade, remove ribs and set aside.
Bring the marinade to boil.
Boil for about 10 minutes or until reduced to half.
Grill the ribs over high heat for 5-10 minutes. Turn them frequently and brush with the reduced marinade, until both side are browned and tender.
Top with chives and serve with grilled pineapple.
