Maple-Soy Salmon Steak on the Griddle
This Maple Soy Steak Salmon recipe is sweet, salty, smoky, easy, and very quick to make. The Maple-Soy marinade takes only 15 minutes and when cooked on a hot Griddle or Cast Iron Skillet, the glaze gets very crispy, resulting in a beautiful texture and color. I am using the Cuisinart 360° XL Griddle Outdoor Cooking Station for this recipe and really enjoying it.
