Maple Glazed Spiral Ham
A good Maple Glazed Spiral Ham is the perfect centerpiece for any celebration.
But, believe me, this incredible Maple sticky glaze is the perfect fit for your Easter dinner.
Enjoy!

Servings: 10
Equipment
- Pellet Grill (I am using the Woodcreek 4-in-1 Pellet Grill by Cuisinart)
- Spray bottle
- Pellets (If you use a Pellet Grill): I like to use The Maple Bourbon Pellets by Cuisinart
Ingredients
- 1 any size will do bone-in ham spiral cut or not
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Glaze
- 1 cup Maple syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1/2 tsp ginger ground
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg ground
- 1/2 tsp cloves ground
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp maple bacon seasoning Cuisinart
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to 300ºF.
- Place the ham, cut side down, right on the grill grates. Feel free to, but I like to smoke some vegetables, orange and pineapple slices for serving on the side.
- Mix apple cider, orange juice, and pineapple juice in a spray bottle. You'll spray the ham every 15 minutes.
- While the ham is smoking, prepare your glaze. Combine the maple syrup, brown sugar, butter, soy sauce, mustard, and all the other ingredients in a small saucepan. Place over low heat and stir occasionally until the glaze is well combined. Remove from the heat once it starts boiling.
- After 2 hours, remove the ham from the grill and pour the glaze over it. Put it back on the grill for another 30 minutes or until the internal temperature is about 160ºF.
- When the ham is ready, remove it from the grill and baste it again with the glaze. Let it rest for at least 20 minutes. Slice & Enjoy!
