Prior to grilling your fiddleheads, you will need to boil them for about 15 minutes, in order to avoid food poisoning.
Start your charcoal grill or wood fired grill.
In a cast iron cooking pan, heat some truffle oil.
Cook the slices of A5 Wagyu steak in the truffle oil. About 2 minutes each side.
When all cooked, set aside, leaving the melted fat in the cast iron.
Add some butter and the chopped shallot and wait for the butter to be all melted.
Add the fiddleheads and stir for about 4 minutes.
Serve with the cooked Wagyu strips.
