Skillet fried Ba-Corn

Ingredients
  

  • 6 bacon slices chopped
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 stalks of a scallion

Instructions
 

  • In a very hot skillet, cook the slices of bacon.
  • Once cooked, remove from the skillet, leaving the bacon fat in.
  • Add the chopped onion, cook and stir for about one minute or until the onions becomes translucid.
  • Add the corn, the sugar, the salt and the pepper and stir for another minute.
  • Add the cooked bacon and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh scallions.
