No yeast, 5 minutes pizza dough

Ingredients
Wet
- 1 ½ cup water warm
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Dry
- 2 ½ cup flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients together; the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar into a bowl.
- Add water and olive oil with the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Set the dough aside while you do the preparation of your toppings.
- Sprinkle your dough with a bit of flour so it isn't sticky.
- Stretch the dough gently into the size you want.
Notes
The recipe is for a 12-inch thin-crust pizza.
