No yeast, 5 minutes pizza dough

Ingredients

Wet

  • 1 ½ cup water warm
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Dry

  • 2 ½ cup flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together; the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar into a bowl.
  • Add water and olive oil with the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Set the dough aside while you do the preparation of your toppings.
  • Sprinkle your dough with a bit of flour so it isn't sticky.
  • Stretch the dough gently into the size you want.

Notes

The recipe is for a 12-inch thin-crust pizza.
