What happens when you “accidentally” make too much Brisket?
or is there such a thing? 😂 Well, lets just say it happened so here's a brisket fried rice cooked on my Cuisinart BBQ Griddle

Ingredients
6cupjasmine rice, cooked
33 tbspOlive oil
1/3cupsoy sauce
3eggs
3garlic cloves, minced
4cupsBrisket, smoked & cooked
1green onion, chopped
2tbspsesame oil
1Carrot, chopped
1stickCelery, chopped
1white onion, chopped
1cupwhite mushroom, chopped
1cupBell green peppers, chopped
1tspSalt
1tspPepper
1tspCuisinart Seasoning
Instructions
Cook the rice according to package instructions then refrigerate a couple hours.
Add and heat oil on your griddle.
Add the white Onions, Garlic, Carrots, Peppers, Onions and Celery and stir fry them on high heat for 3-4 minutes. Keep tossing & stirring the vegetables together continuously. They should be cooked but still retain their crispness.
Add Soy Sauce, Sesame oil along with eggs.
Add your Brisket, seasoning and mix all together
It's now time to add the cooked rice and mix well to coat the rice with the sauces & veggies.
Vegetable Fried Rice is ready. Serve it hot garnished with some fresh Minced green onions
