Preheat your grill to 300ºF.
Place the ham, cut side down, right on the grill grates. Feel free to, but I like to smoke some vegetables, orange and pineapple slices for serving on the side.
Mix apple cider, orange juice, and pineapple juice in a spray bottle. You'll spray the ham every 15 minutes.
While the ham is smoking, prepare your glaze. Combine the maple syrup, brown sugar, butter, soy sauce, mustard, and all the other ingredients in a small saucepan. Place over low heat and stir occasionally until the glaze is well combined. Remove from the heat once it starts boiling.
After 2 hours, remove the ham from the grill and pour the glaze over it. Put it back on the grill for another 30 minutes or until the internal temperature is about 160ºF.
When the ham is ready, remove it from the grill and baste it again with the glaze. Let it rest for at least 20 minutes. Slice & Enjoy!
