Portobello Mushrooms Stuffed with Goat Cheese and amazing stuff
Stuffed and grilled portobello mushrooms is the easiest vegetarian dinner and appetizer around.
Yup, it’s not only about meat, enjoy!
Ingredients
- 4 portobello mushrooms very large
- 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 cup goat cheese plain
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 cup baby tomatoes chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley fresh and shopped
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Emmental cheese
- 1/2 cup tomato basil sauce your best marinara spaghetti sauce will do the job.
- 1 tbsp chives chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your Grill to 350 ° F.
- Start by cleaning the Portobello; Gently remove the stems and scrape out the gills with a spoon.
- Mix the chopped garlic, the olive oil and the lemon juice. Brush the insides of the mushrooms with the mixture.
- Add the tomato sauce, goat cheese, baby tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
- Top with a little bit of Emmental cheese and chopped parsley
- Place on the grill grates and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Top with chopped chives and serve hot. Enjoy!
