Portobello Mushrooms Stuffed with Goat Cheese and amazing stuff

Stuffed and grilled portobello mushrooms is the easiest vegetarian dinner and appetizer around.

Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients
  

  • 4 portobello mushrooms very large
  • 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese plain
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 cup baby tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley fresh and shopped
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Emmental cheese
  • 1/2 cup tomato basil sauce your best marinara spaghetti sauce will do the job.
  • 1 tbsp chives chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your Grill to 350 ° F.
  • Start by cleaning the Portobello; Gently remove the stems and scrape out the gills with a spoon.
  • Mix the chopped garlic, the olive oil and the lemon juice. Brush the insides of the mushrooms with the mixture.
  • Add the tomato sauce, goat cheese, baby tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
  • Top with a little bit of Emmental cheese and chopped parsley
  • Place on the grill grates and cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Top with chopped chives and serve hot. Enjoy!
