Mix all the marinade ingredients together and whisk
In a large container with a lid or in a large sealable bag, marinate the short ribs for a minimum of 2 hours in the refrigerator.
When ready to grill, start your griddle at high.
Remove the short ribs from the container and pour the extra marinade in a sauce pan
Transfer the short ribs on the griddle and cook for about 4 minutes.
Turn them over and brush the other side with some of the leftover marinade and cook for 4 more minutes.
Remove from the griddle and brush with some more marinade.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve hot.
