BBQ Chicken and Cheese Sandwich
One bite of this chicken & cheese sandwich MELTED my heart in seconds.
I was excited to try the new line of Cuisinart sauces and seasonnings.
For this recipe, I used the Blue ribbon chicken seasonning, sauteed some peppers, onions and mushrooms on the griddle, and melted mith a mix of shredded cheddar and monterey jack. If you are a craft beer lover like I am, Le coup de grâce for this recipe is definetely the Imperial IPA BBQ sauce. The hoppy flavors and aromas takes this dish to a whole new level.
Cheers and enjoy!
