In a cast-iron pan, combine together the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. This is a quick recipe but if you have time, marinate the shrimps 1-2 hours.
Add the shrimps in the cast iron skillet. Add some butter on top.
Place the pan in your wood-fired oven. Turn and whisk the shrimps every 2 minutes for a total of 8 minutes or until the shrimps are fully cooked (charred and pink).
