- 1 cumberland sausage 20 inches long
- 1 red pepper sliced
- ½ white onion sliced
- 3 white mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup swiss cheese grated
Load up and light your grill with chopped maple wood
I'm using my portative nomad grill so for this instance, I light up both sections of the suitcase.
In a cast iron skillet, add olive oil and your veggies and grill for about 5 minutes
On the other side or section of your grill, place the cumberland sausage while the veggies are grilling.
Sear the sausage on one side for about 5-7 minutes.
Turn over the ring and top the sausage with the veggies.
Add the grated swiss cheese and close the lid.
Grill for about 5-7 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
