Smoked Candied Bacon - 4 flavors

  • Premium cherry Rum BBQ smoking pellets
  • 4 wire rack

Ingredients

Cuisinart Roasted Chipotle Garlic Seasoning

Maple Pistachio

  • 1/2 pound Bacon thick-cut
  • 1/4 cup Pistachio finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup PURE syrup
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar

Sweet Peanuts

  • 1/2 pound Bacon thick-cut
  • 1/4 cup Original Peanuts finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup PURE syrup
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar

Maple Walnuts

  • 1/2 pound Bacon thick-cut
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup PURE syrup
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar

Instructions

  • Add some Premium cherry Rum BBQ smoking pellets and preheat your Cuisinart's WOODCREEK 4-IN-1 PELLET GRILL to 350°F.
  • Lay the slices of bacon on 4 different racks, so that they are flat and not touching each other.
  • Brush both sides of the bacon with maple syrup, then sprinkle each piece with brown sugar and their proper nuts (finely chopped) and seasoning.
  • Place the racks in your Cuisinart's Woodcreek 4-in-1 pellet Grill and close the lid. Smoke for about 20 minutes or until desired crispness is reached.
  • You can serve the bacon warm or at room temperature. enjoy!
