Set the temperature on your pellet grill to 250˚F and allow it to preheat for 15 minutes.
Mix the butter, garlic, parsley, and seasoning in a saucepot and place it on the grill. I like to smoke some garlic, lemons, and lime at the same time for serving. Oil the grill grates before adding the Legs on.
Set your Snow Crab legs on the grill for about 20 minutes and baste with your butter mixture about every 5 minutes. after the 20 mins, I recommend searing them 2min each side on high heat. This is to ensure the legs are warm and have a nice looking charred on the outer shell when you serve them.
Squeeze some grilled lemon juice over the shells.
Pull your snow cram legs off your smoker and serve immediately with a few melted butter mixture bowl for dipping the crab meat. Serve with grilled lemon and lime wedges, Italian parsley, garlic bread and a side of potatoes.
