Cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove the bacon, and let drain.
Wash all the oysters thoroughly.
Shuck them and top each oyster with bacon, hot sauce and cheese.
Heat the oven at 400˚F and place oysters in a cast-iron skillet.
Broil until cheese is bubbly and brown.
Make sure to keep an eye on them, you don't want to overcook ...the oysters should be moist.
Top with chives and lemon juice. enjoy!
