Cook the ground beef with the red onion over medium-low heat until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat oven to 450°F.
Stretch your dough into a circle then start by putting a squirt of bbq sauce and another one of mustard, add the beef, bacon and cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges of the crust are lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Add the sliced dill pickles and then finish it off with an additional small drizzle of yellow mustard and bbq sauce.
