Mix all the marinade ingredients together
Marinate the shrimps for 20 minutes before grilling
For this recipe, i used my Nomad portative charcoal grill but any other grill would work
I also used maple wood as well as charcoal to give the shrimps a nice smoky touch.
Start your grill, or lit your charcoal and sear the shrimps for 2-3 minutes per side.
Sear also the edges, tail up.
In a cast iron pan, place the shrimps and pour some marinade over and grill for another 5 minutes.
Serve warm with some reduced marinade poured on top
