Heat the grill to medium-high and add wood chunks for an estra smoky flavor.
Coat the chicken wings with Canola oil.
Add the wings to the grill and cook with the lid closed until the skins are golden. That should take about 7-8 minutes per side. By then they will be pretty close to done.
Mix the maple syrup and the sriracha together then brush both sides of the wings.
Sprinkle the chicken wings with the Everything Bagel Seasoning and grill for another minute on each side.
Use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature of the meat is more than 165F.
Serve with dipping sauce!
