Light up some coals in your chimney
Pour the hot coals under the grilling grate
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, the parmesan cheese, the red onions, the corn flakes, the garlic, the bacon, the chives, the worcestershire sauce, the ketchup, the egg, the salt/pepper/paprika.
Mix well with a wooden spoon until all the ingredients are well blended together.
Use gloves for the meat manipulation.
Form 3 patties, about 6 inches long with the meat mixture. It should be about 1 inch thick.
Place the patties on the grilling grates and cook for about 5 minutes on one side
Flip the patties and add some shredded cheese on top of each loaf.
Add some more chopped bacon on top.
Close the lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
Slice 3 sub rolls lenghtwise and toast on the grill for about 2 minutes.
Place the meatloaf on top of the toasted sub.
Top with some more chives and pour some BBQ sauce and serve.
