Turn your griddle on medium heat and oil the surface.
Add the chicken and the bacon on the griddle.
Season the chicken generously with the Cuisinart bourbon molasses seasonning.
Leave until the chicken and the bacon are fully cooked.
Set aside and put the griddle at low heat.
Cut the dough into 3 pieces.
Stretch each piece into a large oval or circle.
Brush one side with olive oil.
Cook one side of all three pizzas on direct heat with the lid over the griddle.
Raise the griddle temperature to high.
Turn the pizza dough and place it on a cooking rack on the griddle for indirect heat.
Spread some Cuisinart Barrel Whiskey BBQ sauce and top with chicken, bacon, onions, and cheese.
Put the lid over the griddle and cook the pizzas for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the griddle, add some more sauce and top with cilantro.
Serve hot and enjoy!
